Patrons
Become a WAC Patron
Become part of the WAC Patrons Programme — a growing community of supporters who share a commitment to contemporary art, artists, and the continued development of the Collection.
The programme offers a unique opportunity to engage more closely with the Collection through exclusive events, intimate encounters with artists and curators, behind-the-scenes visits, and special cultural experiences throughout the year.
Our programme is designed to create meaningful connections — offering Patrons the chance to experience art in a more personal way, meet the artists behind the work, and gain insight into the ideas, processes and people that shape the Collection.

Supporting the future of the Collection
The WAC Patrons Programme plays an essential role in sustaining and developing the Collection. Through Patron support, we are able to make significant acquisitions, raise the visibility of the Collection and its artists, support public engagement, and undertake vital conservation work — ensuring these important works can be enjoyed for generations to come.
By joining the programme, you become part of a community that helps shape the future of WAC while enjoying a closer, more personal relationship with contemporary art.
Past events have included:
A visit to the studio of the former designer and artist Nicole Farhi, exclusive access to the post-modern house museum Cosmic House, behind the scenes tour of the private collection of David Ross at his home Nevill Holt in Northamptonshire, as well as an intimate tour of the ‘Abstract Erotic’ exhibition at the Courtauld Gallery by Professor Jo Applin.
What our Patrons say
"I am especially grateful for the possibility of building a deeper, almost familial relationship with WAC over time. There is something profoundly valuable in the intimacy of your circle; it offers a rare space in which to understand and support art in its most sincere and ethical dimension’’.
"I value the kind of thoughtful and grounded environment that WAC cultivates."
